Repair Policy

Katie Kalsi is dedicated to providing our customers with high quality leather and suede merchandise and superior customer service. Products purchased from this website may be returned for repair within 60 days from order date. We request that customers returning products for repair:

  • Contact our Customer Service Team to coordinate product repair.
  • Provide a tracking number for the return shipment.
  • Insure the return shipment for the full purchase amount.
